13 Packaged Snacks Registered Dietitians Swear By

As a registered dietitian and food blogger, I do a lot of cooking. But, especially after becoming a mom, more than worrying about our main meals it’s all about the snacks. Even when I meal prep for the week there are still some days where we're out and about and I just don’t have time to pack homemade things to munch on the go. So yes, I, too turn to packaged, storebought snacks. But I’m here to tell you that not all storebought stuff is the sodium-packed and nutrition-free stuff we’ve been made to fear. The good news is that there are some really great options on the market that I and other dietitians enjoy.
