Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving

  • 3/4cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2/3cup frozen blueberries
  • 2/3cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 1/2tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1teaspoon honey
  • 1/4teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1pinch cinnamon
  • 1pinch salt
  1. In a blender, puree ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
