Makes 1 Serving

  • 2slices 100% whole-wheat bread
  • 3 medium figs, sliced thin
  • 2ounces cheddar, grated
  1. Heat broiler on high. On a sheet pan or oven-safe skillet, top bread with figs in an even layer. Sprinkle with cheese.

  2. Broil until cheese is melted and brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
