Makes 1 Serving

  • 2slices whole-wheat bread, toasted
  • 1tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1/3cup lowfat cottage cheese
  • 2 fresh (or dried) figs, sliced thin
  1. Spread each slice of toast with peanut butter, then cottage cheese. Lay sliced figs on top. Serve immediately.
