- 1 medium grapefruit
- 3/4cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
- 1tablespoon almond butter
- 1teaspoon honey
- 10 almonds, chopped

Remove skin and pith from grapefruit.

Working over a bowl, use a small knife to separate grapefruit segments from white membrane. Squeeze any remaining juice into bowl. Transfer segments to another bowl and set aside.

Add yogurt, almond butter, and honey to bowl with grapefruit juice and stir to combine.

Top with grapefruit and almonds.
