A lot of what we teach is prenatal fitness, but how you nourish yourself before pregnancy is just as important.
In fact, preparing your body for pregnancy before you conceive may be the most important factor of all.

Here are 3 ways that you can nourish yourself before pregnancy this week:
- Getting off medications that are depleting (such as B12 which affects your energy and metabolism)
- Taking a prenatal vitamin at least 3 months before you conceive (acts as an insurance policy for when you enter that challenging first trimester)
- Add in core nutrients that most pregnant women are often deficient in (things like B12, omega-3s, zinc, vitamin D, and magnesium)
