  • 1ounce prosciutto (about 2 slices)
  • 1 large, ripe peach, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1teaspoon olive oil
  • Pepper
  1. Tear prosciutto into thin strips, and wrap around peach wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper.
