The Best Smartwatch Deals Of Amazon Prime Day 2019

If you were waiting to buy a smartwatch to see if you could find a good deal in Amazon’s annual Prime Day sale good news, your patience has been rewarded with several great options available at discounted prices. We’ve rounded up the best deals available below and if you spy something you like, it’s worth acting quickly, because deals on the Fitbit Versa and Garmin Fenix 5 Plus have already disappeared.

Samsung Galaxy Active – 24% Off

The key feature of this smartwatch is apparent the moment you switch it on – it has a brilliantly vivid screen – and it backs up those looks with some impressive everyday activity tracking. The sports features are a little undercooked, but there’s space for music and it syncs with Spotify. Amazon have knocked almost a quarter off the RRP of the watch in the black, silver and rose gold colours.

Huawei Watch 2 4G Sport – 50% Off

This Android Wear watch has built-in GPS, an optical heart rate monitor, music storage and NFC (contactless) payments, and thanks to its 4G capabilities you can use all of its features without having a phone in range. All of that, and it’s under £160 in the Prime Day sale. And if you’re convinced by the features of the Watch 2 Sport but don’t need the 4G, you can get the standard version of the watch for £129.99 in the sale.

Mobvoi Ticwatch E2 – 30% Off

With Wear OS software, automatic sports tracking, 24/7 heart rate monitoring and a two-day battery life, the Ticwatch E2 is a bargain even at its full RRP, so to see it available for just over £100 in the Prime Day sale definitely caught our attention. The E2 is also waterproof to 50m and can recognise your swimming stroke automatically, assuming your technique isn’t too sloppy.

Garmin Vivoactive 3 – 35% Off

This is definitely more of a sports watch than a smartwatch, since its smart features don’t extend much beyond notifications, but the Vivoactive 3 has a sharp design and does a better job than any other smartwatch in the sale when it comes to sports tracking thanks to Garmin’s excellent software. Only the Vivoactive 3 without music is left in the sale – the deal on the Vivoactive 3 Music has expired – but the discount is generous, with the watch reduced to £129.99 from £199.99.

Mobvoi Ticwatch Pro Smartwatch – 30% Off

If you want a more premium experience than that offered by the sporty Ticwatch E2, check out the Mobvoi Ticwatch Pro, which has also been reduced by 30% in the Prime Day sale. Despite the rich AMOLED display the watch will last two days in smartwatch mode, and the essential mode can extend the battery to up to 30 days, though you’ll be turning off a lot of the Ticwatch Pro’s best features to do that. The watch supports NFC payments, and has built-in GPS and a heart rate monitor to boost its sports tracking credentials, but it doesn’t offer swim tracking unfortunately.
