October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month—a topic that’s still stigmatized and not often talked about. To help break the stigma, Expectful is offering a free Healing Library for anyone who may need it.
Expectful is a pregnancy meditation app that offers meditations curated by experts. The meditations within the Healing Library were made in collaboration with bereavement counselors to best support and help anyone working through grief after a miscarriage or infant loss.
A few of the titles of meditation found in the Healing Library include:

- Being With Anger After Loss
- It’s OK To Not Feel Ok
- Holding Loss With Love
- Womb Forgiveness
- Walking Alongside Grief
To access the mediations, all you need to do is download the Expectful App and select “healing” when setting up your account.
