There have already been some great deals on Fitbits over the Black Friday period, but this is the cheapest Fitbit going by a country mile. Fitbit’s entry-level band has been reduced by 43% on Amazon and is now just £40!
The Fitbit Inspire counts steps and automatically logs active minutes which can help you to add more movement to your daily routine. It will also track your sleep and show notifications from your phone. Reminders to move can also prompt you to get up if you’ve been stationary for a while – a very useful feature if you spend your working day sitting in front of a screen.
While we’d normally recommend paying an extra £20 for the Inspire HR which adds a heart rate monitor, there’s a £30 price difference after the Inspire HR’s Black Friday reduction and £40 for a Fitbit is a very compelling deal. And what the Inspire lacks in features compared to other Fitbits, it makes up for it in terms of ease of use – you don’t have to remember to start or stop anything, the device just does its job.
The lack of heart rate monitor also means you can place the device in a clip (sold separately) and wear it on your waistband if you’d prefer not to wear a band. There are also plenty of stylish bands to buy to upgrade from the black or sangria colourways. There are lilac and white bands, Deco and Bloom prints, horween leather and stainless steel options.

That’s not the only Fitbit deal announced on Black Friday. The Fitbit Versa Lite has dropped to £89.99, 40% off its RRP. While we’d personally opt for the Charge 3 (reduced to £79.99) to get a couple of additonal features, there’s no denying the touch colourscreen is an upgrade.
