Hi everyone! I’m curious where others find info about women’s health and/or how you would suggest someone educate themselves. I usually like to talk to my doctor when I have questions but sometimes that isn’t convenient and Googling things tends to create more questions than answers (at least in my experience). Is Reddit where you go with your questions? Or are there websites, brands, etc. that you trust? As a woman in my mid-twenties I feel like I’m at that age where I’m starting to think more about my health and am constantly surprised to realize just how little I know about my body and health, especially my reproductive and sexual health, due to a lack of education in my youth!! Does anybody else feel this way? Why is it so hard for women to become informed about our health and bodies? How do we take control and educate ourselves?
